"I am writing to send a compliment and thank you to Midway Training Services, for being such a great provider, who is willing to work with clients regardless of diagnosis or behaviors.  I have been a Case Manager at Ramsey County, and over the course of the years, I have had clients attend the various MTS sites.  Most recently, I am working with a client who has a diagnosis of Autism and some behaviors.  I contacted Joan and made a referral to MTS.  She was very quick to respond and reviewed the case with the intake committee, understanding the urgency of my client starting at a new day program.  Once MTS accepted my client, Joan was very flexible with her schedule to arrange an intake meeting so that the client could start right away."

I am very happy with the personalized service plan that you have developed for Kathy.  I appreciate the flexibility and creativeness to meet her  individualized needs.  Additionally, the level of support and supervision necessary to meet her safety needs have been met since the onset of services.  I am impressed with the quality and care that staff provide for her.  As a case manager, I am thankful of you as a provider, in your ability to problem solve, communicate, advocate, and work as a integral team member.
